Shipping policy

 

  • Item and Shipping Prices are shown in AED (UAE Dirham) and may be converted and displayed as an indicative price in the currency of your choice, at the conversion rate of the day. You will be charged the amount of your order in AED (UAE Dirham). Your bank or selected payment method may apply additional conversion and transaction fees.

  • Item Prices include VAT and import duties to most countries. Some countries may apply additional custom and brokerage fees at the sole responsibility of the receiving customer.

  • Orders are only shipped on business days, which are Monday – Friday. Business days do not include weekends and holidays. Orders placed on Friday after 1pm (UAE Time) or over the weekend will begin processing on the following Monday.

  • All expedited orders require a street address.

  • Orders cannot be shipped to PO Boxes.

  • We ship internationally to many countries (please see list below), with some exceptions. If you can’t find your country in the table below, please email us to contact@my-vido.com, and we’ll do our best to organise a shipping solution.

  • We ship items as soon as possible, but this will not always be the same day of your order. Typically, you will receive your order in approximately 3 to 6 business days of the order date:

    • Order processing time (the amount of time it takes for us to prepare your order for shipping, after your payment is authorised and verified): This typically takes 1 – 2 business days. Some orders may ship within as few as 4 hours, and some may take up to 5 days.

    • Shipping time (the amount of time it takes the courier company to deliver your order to you): This typically takes 3-5 business days.
  • To serve you better, we have partnered with world-class courier companies such as FedEx and UPS for the shipping of your orders. Your parcel will be in good hands. Yet, under no circumstances shall my-vido.com be held responsible for any delays in the delivery of the items resulting from the courier company or the customs clearance in the destination country.

    • In the event of the absence of consignee or of a person able to accept the goods upon delivery, the courier company will inform the consignee and invite him/her to collect the goods.

    • Under no circumstances shall my-vido.com be held responsible for any losses or damages occurring during the transport and shipping of the goods or resulting from the late pickup from the courier company.
